Recovering Addict being comforted by others

Welcome to Recovery Meetings in Wales and the UK

If you think you may have a problem with drugs, you are not alone.

Many of the meetings listed on this website are based on the programme of Narcotics Anonymous, a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problem and help others recover from addiction.

Across Wales and other parts of the UK, addicts meet regularly in safe and supportive environments where recovery is possible and newcomers are always welcome.

What Happens at a Meeting?

At these meetings, recovering addicts come together to support one another in staying clean and learning how to live without drugs.

Meetings are friendly and informal. People share their experiences of addiction and recovery, and newcomers are always welcome to listen or share if they wish.

You don’t need to sign up, make an appointment, or pay anything to attend.

The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using.
